CleanStart transforms cold water into a powerful cleaning agent by oxidizing normal tap water and injecting a controlled amount of ozone (O3) into the wash water. After the ozone oxidizes and disinfects, it reverts to oxygen, leaving behind nothing but cleaner, fresher laundry. STEP-BY-STEP: How Does It Work?

1. Installation: The compact CleanStart® unit is mounted behind your washing machine. Your washer’s cold-water hose is re-routed to the inlet of the unit and another hose is connected to the outlet.
2. Computerized Control: As the wash cycle begins, cold water flows into the CleanStart® unit, where the flow switch automatically activates the unit, which injects the water with a controlled amount of ozone.
3. Agitation: As the ozone-infused water is agitated in the washbasin, it begins to fold into the threads of the fabric, resulting in a highly efficient and disinfecting wash.
